John and Neil were absolutely wonderful as our agents. They took the time to understand who we were and what we needed…even as those definitions changed throughout our search. In particular, we greatly appreciated their knowledge of home ages and the peculiarities associated with them. Thankfully Neil doesn’t have to go into another basement to check electrical, plumbing, etc. for us again! In a tight housing market you want an agent working for you that understands the process and knows how to motivate the seller and the seller's agent.
